Agendas & Minutes
You can find our agendas and minutes for upcoming and past General Meetings and Steering Committee Meetings.
The agendas we send in advance of meetings are usually "draft" agendas, meaning that they may be updated at the start of the actual meetings. Often our agendas are amended by adding new agenda items in the meeting itself. Any additions and/or changes will be noted in the meeting's minutes.
We have one General Meeting per month, usually on the first Saturday. The Steering Committee meets twice per month on Tuesdays. The Tuesday immediately prior to the General Meeting is where we set the agenda for that General Meeting.
